Mobile application development

Know every place like a local with a mobile app that shows you all the best spots.

The Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) focuses solely on working for local government in Western Australia. They need a mobile app to promote the hot spots so anyone can roam like a local.

Localeye Mobile Application for WALGA

As the peak industry body, WALGA advocates on behalf of 138 WA local governments and negotiates service agreements for the sector.

They needed an easy to use and efficient mobile application, to communicate a range of activities and information to local residents and visitors, and allow them to communicate problems or issues with their councils.

The Challenge

The Western Australian Local Government Association (WALGA) required a simple, accessible user interface enabling them to add content to a mobile application for Western Australia residents and visitors.  They also needed the ability to access the platform on a range of digital devices.

The Solution

To solve WALGA's problem, the Integranet Digital Perth team created the Localeye mobile app, a free mobile app for use by Western Australia's residents and visitors alike.  This app enables visitors to easily locate Council facilities, places of interest, local events and report problems directly to the Council, all within the swipe of just a few screens.

The Localeye mobile app is available on both the App Store for iOS devices, and the Google Play store for Android devices.

In a digital landscape that is constantly growing, it is necessary to be on top of the needs of your users.

With the digital landscape ever changing, it is critical for businesses that interact with customers to adapt to their users and this means embracing mobile applications and utilising mobile app development in order to support business requirements. At Integranet Digital we have a team of experienced mobile app developers who specialise in a range of web apps across iOS, Android and Windows.

The Results

Localeye allows visitors to get information on the latest news and events as well as the local facilities available for use. With 140 Councils across WA, Localeye has individual icons to identify the various places to see and events to go to, making it easy for the user to relate to what they want to do, including; BBQs, beaches, dog parks, markets, leisure centres and much more.
